Seems these guys are getting a bit shady. I've stayed a dozen times before and never had an issue. I booked a room for 4 nights next week about 2 months ago. I got an email today saying that I have to pre-pay the entire amount by tomorrow or they are cancelling my reservation. Rate never said that when I booked. Does not say it now. And I called the Plat line and they confirmed that my rate is NOT pre-payment.
I figured maybe they were sold out for next week and looking to kick out the cheaper rates, however, just looked and they have a WIDE range of rooms left, and actually at a LOWER rate then when I booked!
I replied to their email and told them to go ahead and cancel. I'll stay someplace else. Goodbye Cosmo!
