Purchased a train ticket with CSR for family of five. Each person has $500 for delay etc, yes? This train is known for delays and problems (Thello). Also, is stolen luggage covered? Seems to be a problem on this train. And before you ask why I’d go on such a train, there were no other options. Sigh.
