I've gambled there a couple of times, but never stayed there.
With the new, completely non-smoking casinos now open in Waterloo (del Lago), and in Nichols (Tioga Downs), I probably won't be visiting Turning Stone again.
Edited to add: If you'll be gambling at the Turning Stone casino, there is definitely a rewards program which might eventually get you lodging discounts:

But if you just plan to lodge at Turning Stone without gambling, then I doubt that there is any formal frequent-guest program.
