Just tried online seat selection for VIE-ADD in November. I am not sure where I was or how to get back to the right spot (been trying), but it allowed me to select seats. Then it asked me to "purchase" my itinerary (with no cost showing), then it said successful. But, the seats don't seem to appear.

I just emailed the LAX email address asking for 4a/4c, is there a better email to use? Do I just need to call them?

(As an aside, can't find any way to select vegetarian meal -- is this an option online, or do I even need to worry about it on ET?)
