Flew that route in late April and very early May. Used the BC lanes in KUL going out and coming back. Not busy so it wouldn't have made much of a difference. Don't recall any express immigration at DMK but it wasn't very busy (late afternoon) and wasn't very busy either for the exit (late AM flight).
