Does he know sitting like that with his umm healthy tummy not good for his back and legs carrying that extra baggage all the time

BTW agree with every other poster, there was no need to post his face, nor anything but his feet!!!!!
Imagine this was not a table at an AC meant to be used for placing food plates and drinks on, but your Friday's at the airport of your choice. Here, if someone propped back in a corner booth and put their feet up on the table (with shoes, no shoes, does it matter at this point?), I would think most people would be shocked by the behavior and someone from the restaurant team would come over and tell them to "please put your feet down". I don't think there would be much sympathy for the person committing this act by anyone, even if they are a tired traveler. Why different at an AC?
