here. But, for the benefit of this forum, we were first told that no new credentials would be sent and members should download the app to access their virtual card. However, it seems that has changed for some elite members, so Titanium, Ambassador, Lifetime Platinum and Lifetime Titanium will start receiving cards in the second quarter of the year.
I’m Titanium and have not yet received a physical card. I need it for upcoming travel— can I call to speed up the process?
