I don’t think that you can make these assertions. In the example of the AOA what do you think would happen on a 737 if it lost both AOA Sensors?
For point 2 I would encourage you to look at the RAF A330 Voyager incident in which the Captain inadvertently put the Aircraft into a negative g dive by wedging his Camera into the sidestick such that it was fully deflected forward and the Copilot was out of the cockpit pinned to the roof as it dived. The FBW saved the aircraft and the c.200 people on board.
No doubt there are similar examples for 777 systems saving the day. There are no absolutes here just as there is no Airbus vs Boeing. I think we agree that something has to change either in improved safety systems/design if Pilot training continues to be at the minimum legal limit or Pilot training has to increase.
