NRT-SAN was upgraded from Shell Flat Neo to Sky Suite this Spring. That is probably why everything you read doesn't mention Sky Suite. BKK-NRT on the other hand seems to be using Shell Flat Neo. I believe these web pages are pretty accurate except for irregular equipment swap:
