Good reviews in here already.
My recommendation: Best suited if you value a clean, modern, functional (w caveat see below) room in Chelsea. A/C and WiFi worked great, the steamer should become standard vs worn out ironing boards that create patterns on your clothes (hello W Union Square) and the shower was great (pressure).
Negatives are zero elite status recognition (not even mentioned at check in, got low floor facing the flower shop, coffee is free for all anyways), you wouldn't be able to fit two people in a room and very difficult to work from the room if you need a desk (the foldable table is unbalanced and wonky). Expect extended wait times at the elevators.
