Diamond is absolutely the weakest. Worst benes, very few aspirational properties.

Hyatt has best benefits, but Marriott offers solid benes and a much better footprint. Marriott has lots of problems with IT, cs, and rogue properties (not following/evading program rules). Hyatt also has some rogue properties and unfortunately that includes some of the more desirable ones.
