I have lifetime Hilton Diamond and Marriott Titanium and will be lifetime Hyatt Globalist by year-end. That's a lot of stays. I should say, I don't care about room upgrades at all, and not much about breakfast. What I do care about is hotel physical plant and service. So Hyatt.

These days, most of my time is in non-Disney Africa, so none of the chains is represented...well, Marriott a little. When I am off the continent, it is usually in a place where all three are present, so the footprint isn't such a big deal in my case.

I would note Hyatt is expanding with BS (my opinion) hotels: luxury, boutique, not suitable for business, Insta-"experiential". This isn't giving me the warm-fuzzies right now.
