To be honest, I found the club, especially the food, so bad at the MMQP that I only went there once. It was typical American unk food to fill up. Gross. Wines not drinkable. No table service for breakfast. Had I paid for that, I'd have left early. Yet the obnoxious guests were well-catered for.
IHG does a very much better job at making Club Lounges an exclusive and rather sophisticated space (so did the Banyan) - compared to Marriott which apparently caters to those that pretty much only want to fill up with free junk.
