You can't book any AA flights with Iberia Avios at the moment.
But assuming that possibility ever returns, you have to call IB. And then you'll have to hang up and call back frequently, because the agent won't know where the small regional airport is and will simply answer with "there's no availability" to get you off the phone.
(you are better off just booking via BA)
