Then start by calling the Aspire lounge at Larnaca - I cant quickly find a number - but Swissport lounges (owner) is on +44 (0) 161 694 7220 - they should be able to contact Larnaca for you if you dont already have it.

Find out exactly who they handed it off to and how - and whether there was a tracking tag and what that number was (sometimes it can just be put in intra station mail - which isnt tracked in the same way). Then go from there....but certainly, the lounge should be your first port of call to find out *EXACTLY* what they did with it (not just what should have been done or what they think might have been done, but what actually happened!).
