While 45 mins obviously doesn't leave a lot of room for error, it's entirely do-able at PHL, especially for a mainline to mainline connection. While technically you may change "terminals", everything is walking and coming from LAS there's a good chance your gates will be no further than a 6-7 min walk apart.
