I tried to stop by the GE office yesterday at SFO to get my 5 year old's fingerprints rescanned (they keep getting rejected). She is a member of GE, but we always end up having to go talk to an officer because of the fingerprint issue.
I was told I needed to make an appointment to do this, I would have thought it was similar to APEC. et. al, when you could just drop by.
Given the wait time for appointments is.... eternity @
sfo, does anybody here have experience trying to get their fingerprints updated?
