Online I'm reading about Chase Sapphire card-holders booking the Aria for <$200 a night and I'm wondering how to find deals like this?

Thanks in advance for the help, I really appreciate it.
And are those people going to stay at Aria on the exact same dates you've chosen?

Vegas hotels will be less expensive when there are no weekend nights involved. For example, you mentioned Bellagio - on booking.com, the Bellagio is $338 for two nights next week (23-25 July.) That's less than $170/night. Change that to the weekend (26-28 July) and it's $718 for two nights or over $350/night.

Your question has less to do with being a CSR cardholder and more to do with the pricing dynamics of Las Vegas hotels, IMO.
