Is there any reason why you can't simply book via IB?
Thanks - good to know I’m not going crazy! I don’t want to book via Iberia because I have a house account with all my points with BA and this booking is for my mother in law. Last time I booked long haul with Iberia they demanded to see the credit card that paid for the booking at the airport so we had to cancel and rebook through BA the same seat. Iberia generally a pain in the ... and i want to avoid. Plus the return might have AA flights so won’t be able to change or cancel the ticket booking with Iberia
