LH is really very good if you get the new C seats. We have found the C class service on LH also to be excellent, with the FAs really caring about the comfort of the pax. I have never taken DL BE service so have no basis for comparison, but LH in the new C class is top flight and IMHO there really is no need to upgrade this to F.
