Note that as far as redemptions, these will vary with destination and the cheapest ones often require Tue/Wed/Sat travel. A roundtrip weekend trip (Sat - Tue) for YVR-ORD goes for as low as 18K miles roundtrip currently. The same weekend trip for YVR-LAX can be had for 11K miles roundtrip. Those are Basic Economy awards, but Basic Economy is not actually a separate cabin. You just can't pick your seats prior to 24 hours before your flight.
