If golf, Cabo is the best option by far for many, many good to great courses that are accessible. Skip Amans completely.

Find a combo with Chileno Bay and Montage (for unique access to Chileno Bay and Twin Dolphin), then also play Cabo Del Sol, and maybe Diamante Dunes and Quivera.

The only place to consider in the Carib if golf is important is the DR.

All the other places have courses mentioned, but I'd avoid them all.
