I need some help with navigating BA’s “Lost and Found” nonsense.
My wife lost her iPhone in Larnaca and it was sent back on a BA RUSH tag 4 days later, on 12/7/19 BA 665.
Now “lost and found” don’t have it and have directed me to BA baggage services.
They don’t have it either , they say.
What can I do or is this just unfindable, and give up?
