That says "Alex explained that they have developed an enhanced First seat based on the current B787 First seat with a few enhancements." Not sure I would say that is a "new First seat" but rather the continuing evolution of the "new First" seat we got with the A380 IIRC, and then retrofitted (with various adjustments) throughout the long haul fleet.
