Yes. I consider premium economy worth the extra $500 or so over MCE on a TPAC flight. Just know you are mainly getting a wider seat and extra legroom, and prem econ service is marginally better than econ.

I also suggest considering Cathay Pacific (better service) or United (more likely to be on time).
