I politely asked him to turn it down and he looked at me like I had 3 heads, muttered something and stormed off, I became the impolite one in that scenario.
It happens on the (HK) bus, the minibus, the train, the restaurant, the hospital... Even had one minibus driver watching a video (phone covering the dashboard) with the sound up - while he was driving!
