Shot down in flames at my Simon in Tampa. The lady asked
with a suspicious look what the purpose of the purchase was for and said that they are not set up for 1k and that she hadn’t even clocked in for the day. She had no interest in calling management to ask about it, and refused to take my information so I could be reached when they begin selling them. She even tossed my ID and credit cards back on the counter causing them to slide off and hit the floor after she checked for my name in the system. Really bad experience; made we wonder what is going on there since it was so different than everyone else’s experience?! Anyone have a contact that I can reach out to in order to complain?
