This is more commonly referred to as the "Ahlan" lounge and there are two - separate business and first lounges. I haven't been in the Ahlan First Class lounge, but the business lounge is very good. Much better than any of the Marhabas I've visited in Dubai and better than the T3 Ahlan lounge.
