Thats the other big issue to me, no one is holding them accountable. So I am. Well as much as possible. Also if the agents would be more understand to whats going on, instead of calling me a liar and saying I never had a account, or the free night isn't mine, I wouldn't be so bad. But they are denying everything like they never did anything wrong. Even calling another company a liar (Amex) is just as bad if not worse in my opinion.
