It's not like they're hidden like the bowls of instant noodles, you should easily spot them, so I don't really get your question.
Frankly some of the 'fridges' might be better described as cabinets. You can touch the wall and it feels no different than the outside.
In the domestic lounge the coldest is next to the instant noodles. In the international first class lounge the coldest is opposite the hot food. I can't recollect for the international business class lounge.
