I brought my wife, daughter, and in-laws into the AC at DEN last Friday -- they didn't blink an eye. In fairness, it wasn't particularly crowded, but no one seemed to have a problem with it.

Of course, if you're in an AC with higher traffic and more business travellers, you may see a different response.

My one suggestion -- it's easier to ask forgiveness than permission... Show your card and bring them in -- don't worry about the count until the desk staff questions it!
