Has anyone stayed at the Westin with kids during holidays (specifically October half term)?

I've always stayed at Hilton's The Walk, where we've always (4+ stays) had upgrade to a two bedroom suite from a base room.

There are more pools and stuff at the Westin so I'm thinking of trying that. Both kids are under 12 so I don't have the 420AED extra person stealth tax to deal with. Just wondering if anyone has experience?
