Your experience sounds very unpleasant but out of curiosity how else were you planning to go to/from the city otherwise? Shuttles would take you with two suitcases no issue, and the bus really takes ages though it’s very cheap.

Again it’s not to detract from the unpleasant experience but I’m puzzled by the suggestion this is what causes you to need ubers
