The website you link does have some info - Teaneck - you have to check them out with your card (presumably you know someone who'll do that?) Doesn't mention who can use them, but it does mention how many people can use the pass at each location.
How to Borrow a Pass
Teaneck residents, 18 and older, with a valid Teaneck Public Library card in good standing, can reserve museum passes up to 30 days in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. Passes are reserved online only. A patron may borrow or reserve up to 2 passes at any one time. The cardholder must be present with the library card at the time of checkout. It is the borrower’s responsibility to verify museums’ hours, closing days, directions and parking, etc. through their websites.
Museum passes are loaned for 3 days, non-renewable, starting with the reserved date. The pass may be returned in the book drop when the library is closed. Passes returned late will be assessed a late fee of $10 per day. Fee for a lost pass is whatever the museum charges for a replacement plus a $25 processing fee.
I would call and ask "does everyone who uses the pass need to hold a Teaneck library card." None of that is a lie.....
