Segments and miles earned on charter flights, partner airlines, HawaiianMiles partners, bonus miles or miles earned through the Hawaiian Airlines World Elite Mastercard do not count toward this promotion. Qualifying flight miles must be earned on a revenue fare that earns HawaiianMiles. Mileage award tickets, promotion tickets or industry discounted tickets are not eligible.

Members that have completed the qualifications for this promotion during the promotional period will receive full benefits to Pualani Gold status for member year 2020 (January 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021). Elite status will be active within about 30 days once member completes promotion qualification and segments/miles are posted to the member's account. If elite benefits are activated before the end of December 31, 2019, member can enjoy the rewards for the rest of the year, and throughout 2020.
