Just did my first ride on the B787-9. Sat in 10A and discovered it’s the NOISIEST seat I’ve sat in for yonks! It is dead even with the front edge of the engine. I suspect 11A/K was equally noisy. Came back in 6K - lovely! Also lovely was the noticeably better cabin pressure and higher humidity. Not quite as lovely was the lack of storage. Usually fly Club on the A380 with its cavernous storage bins along the windows. The window seats on the 787 felt cramped in comparison. My Paddington bear had to sit on my lap!
