I don’t pretend to know all the ins and outs of getting into the lounge underage but they have consistently asked me for ID when I enter, even with a boarding pass for Business Class. I’m not sure that the ID check is for age though but rather to check that it matches up with your card or boarding pass. Additionally, if you attempt to order a drink and you look young, the bartender will card you and I’ve seen this happen.
