I cannot condone all these sneaky work-arounds, such as finding some random adult in the airport to pretend to be your adult escort. If so approached by some kid, I would never agree as I don't want to be held responsible for the poor behavior of someone I don't know and have no power to discipline. Furthermore, when my flight is called I don't want to have to round up the kid and tell them they have to leave because I am ready to leave.
Young people wanting adult privileges (alcohol, tobacco, sex, etc) has been around since the dawn of time. Maybe a true sign of maturity is to accept one's limitations, especially when the mere passage of time will eliminate them.
I think you have misunderstood me.
I do not want any of these "sneak arounds" as you call them. I specificly asked if there is a legal way to enter (for example a form for guradians to fill out, something common that's used at hotels, including the Sofitel in Heathrow which I will be staying at)
Furthermore, this is not a case of a youngster wanting adult privileges. I just want access to the lounge, which is definitely not considered and "adult privilege". I do understan that there is an age limit when I am flying alone, so I just wanted to know if there are any exceptions
