Thanks. I've read that from CATSA, and have been told that because my flight arriving in TO is coming from FRA even thought my origin is DOH, the no collecting bags still applies (From AC on twitter, so should be believable) . But I'm the type who I can read it all day, and still have my doubts about it until I've heard from someone who has had personal experience.
