Hey Folks, been a while since I connected from an international flight to a domestic flight in YYZ. Last time (2015), I had to collect my bags, go through customs and then place them on a belt to be rechecked and the proceed onto my connecting flight. Air Canada app is telling me now that I don't have to collect my bags, but I do have to clear customs. Route is DOH > FRA > YYZ > YYT. Can anyone speak on this to confirm that bags no longer need to be collected and rechecked? Also, while transiting through Frankfurt I may be inclined to purchase myself a recreational beverage. Will I be able to transit with this through YYZ, or will I have to ditch it at the security check because it is over 100 ml?

Sorry for the questions, but normally I fly DOH > LHR > YYT, but with the no fly on the 787s happening that route isn't an option this time around,
