Received an email yesterday referring to the refund request for my partner’s AMS - BKK flight, the return leg of her trip. It looks like a receipt message for the request that I submitted on her behalf on June 21 - and for which I received confirmation of reception on the same day............. I might send them a reminder that according to relevant EU legislation - by which they are covered in this situation - they should refund within 7 days.
