I still raise you the Dom Perignon brunch at Ozone in the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong (1488 HKD = $190 USD).

Amazing harbour views as it's on the top floor, extremely generous Dom Perignon pours (I think the wife and I must have got through at least 4 bottles in the 3hrs), huge selection of food and really decent quality (king crab legs etc). I wish I had pictures but I suspect they'd probably be rather blurry You can also upgrade to Dom Perignon Rose for a little extra.
