These folks wrote a tool that iSync-enables your Blackberry, and it will sync with Entourage, or iCal/Address Book/Stickies. I bought it and it is having troubles seeing my 7230 over USB I opened a support case... I'll report back on how that goes and if I get it working smoothly! My hopes are high!
