NOU-NAN is a sensible short hop. If Aircalin wants to take advantage of the nearest international hub, they need that flight.

PPT and NAN are the two biggest hubs in the South Pacific. I am kind of surprised that there isn't a flight between them, but I guess it is a fairly long flight and each hub is pretty self-sufficient.
