St Gerlach (near Maastricht in Holland). This gets 16 pointsi n Gualt Millau but I don't know if they have a Michelin star. If not, that's a disgrace as they *definitely* deserve one, nudging two. Gorgeous setting, superb service, wonderful local produce and excellent execution. Oh, and a lovely wine list. Highly recommended.

Auberge due Mouline Hideux in Belgium, one star. Pigeon was fabulous, 90 points easily, veal was okay but nothing special at 85, service and overall experience (not a single smiling waiter) was poor - 80 points. A total of 85 points, which is not great for a starrred restaurant. Would not recommend this place although the smallish 4* auberge is a rather pleasant place to spend the night.
