So a update on whats going on, Marriott returned my account, gave me back my points, but for some reason my free SPG award night is still in her account. I called up Marriott to see what was going on with that, they said its her free award night AMEX gave it to her. (Even though I'm the account holder. lol) I do a three way call between amex and Marriott, and amex told Marriott, we deposited the free night into his account, not my wife's. Marriott responds with no you didn't, you put it in his wife's account. So Marriott and amex were arguing on the phone with each other in my three way call. My free night was deposited into my account back in January.

Its pretty bad when Marriott says Amex is lying to me, even though its 100% Marriotts fault.
