Pullman Arcadia Naithon Phuket is already well known here and has its own thread with lots of photos already. This was my first time and I will just post a few photos showing current Platinum treatment as I experienced it. Although the rooms and scenery at these hotels are beautiful, what really struck me on this trip was the very high level of customer/loyalty service (maybe a few mistakes here and there but nothing major). The highest ranking staff in the hotel, either GM or the Number 2 greeted me and at two hotels, including this one, also saw me off. At this Pullman, the spa was eligible for Points as was laundry after the first five free pieces. Transportation was third party so no points. 150 Mbps wifi.
Absolutely wonderful Loyalty Manager here as well as Grand Mercure.
