I recently tried Accor in Thailand for the first time. Five hotels. All very good to excellent. Rapid posting of Points . . . 4 out of 5 while I was still in the Lobby . . . done manually immediately. Excellent coordination between hotels as I moved from one to another.
I particularly liked Grand Mercure: excellent Loyalty Manager and Team; Spa, laundry and hotel car all eligible for Le Club points.
