You'll be spoilt for choice. I like Archie's, and it is pretty centrally located to all those spots. If it's full or it doesn't look like what you are after, there are heaps of other options nearby.
For quirky and different I like Naughty Boy Cafe, but it's on more of an island, probably harder to get to and not many other alternatives close by.
