I'll soon have on overnight connection in Zurich on a weekeday evening, flying in at 7:15 pm and flying out the next day at 11:55 am. I'm trying to decide between the Kameha Grand and the Courtyard North. I'm looking for a good night's sleep and fast stress-free access to the airport in the morning on public transit. I'm gold with Bonvoy in case it matters.

It looks like the Courtyard is a slightly faster ride on transit even though it's further from the airport. Does the walk to the S-Bahn from the Courtyard compare to the walk to the tram from the Kameha? Is one or the other significantly harder to manage with luggage?

Also, I thought I had read a rumor somewhere that the Courtyard has inadequate A/C - is there truth to that? Can anyone vouch for the A/C at either?

Lastly, does one hotel or the other have any other characteristic that makes it superior for a good night's sleep?
